Job Responsibility:
Lead high-profile projects from feasibility through to final account
Oversee teams delivering full pre- and post-contract services
Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as a key contact
Support business development and contribute to strategic growth
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level surveyors, including APC candidates
Drive best practices across cost planning, contract administration, and procurement
Requirements:
MRICS qualified with 8+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects in London
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and team management abilities
In-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
A strategic mindset with ambition for further progression
