Job Responsibility

  • Lead high-profile projects from feasibility through to final account
  • Oversee teams delivering full pre- and post-contract services
  • Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as a key contact

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified with 8+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects in London
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and team management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
  • A strategic mindset with ambition for further progression
