Job Description

JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Associate, Property Marketing, as a dedicated marketing resource for JLL GTA's Industrial leasing business out of JLL's Mississauga office The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This position works with the team to support the property marketing activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or buildable land to prospective occupants and developers. The ideal candidate helps tell stories cohesively and simply, has an acute eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects and priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Working closely with their designated brokerage teams from start to finish and partnering with stakeholders to create and/or commission the necessary property marketing deliverables for a project
  • Managing projects and workflow for all assigned marketing tactics
  • Coordinating with internal/external design teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
  • Ensuring property marketing materials are up to date and organized appropriately across all JLL platforms
  • Work with brokers, team manager, operations team, and 3rd party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development, email campaigns, social media engagement, websites, direct mailers, and events
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction from brokers or the manager
  • Develop creative briefs to engage with creative teams and design partners
  • Oversee photography and videography as needed to support assigned properties
  • Develop and coordinate email campaigns through our marketing automation tool
  • Build and maintain internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships
  • Actively and regularly update contact/distribution lists
  • Maintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best-in-class creative with network and JLL teams
  • Support broker open houses, including onsite staffing and management of outside vendors
  • Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing role in a commercial real estate or similarly fast-paced work environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office product knowledge –Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design and working with Adobe CC suite of programs, including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Strong digital skills with ability to master new technologies
  • Experienced with email marketing tools
