Job Description

Senior Associate – Commercial Property Management (CRM Lead) | Central London | Up to £80,000 (incl. car allowance) + benefits We are working exclusively with a growing, well capitalised real estate platform on a key strategic hire within their Commercial Property Management team. This is not a standard property management role. This is a CRM lead position, initially focused on mobilising a pipeline of newly acquired assets, before evolving into a team build and leadership opportunity as the platform continues to scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the mobilisation of new commercial assets from acquisition through to full management
  • Set up and implement property management processes, systems and reporting
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients during onboarding
  • Oversee service charge budgets, compliance and operational set up
  • Work closely with asset management teams to align with business plans
  • Identify hiring needs and support the build out of the team
