Our client is a boutique Building Consultancy with an experienced and specialist team. Having had an already successful start they are in growth mode again and currently looking for a senior / associate level Project Manager to focus on projects within the industrial and logistics sector.

Requirements:

  • Client facing experience
  • Industrial and logistics experience
  • Refurbishment experience, strong PM, CA/EA track record
  • Team operator
  • Attention to detail and focus on high quality rigorous approach
  • Commercially focused
  • Consultancy background in commercial real estate
  • Chartered status, preferably MRICS but MCIOB also considered
  • Building Surveying or PM background

Nice to have:

  • Retail warehousing experience
  • Cladding remediation experience
  • Landlord commercial office refurbishment experience
  • Experience with Agreements for Lease and development delivery
  • Experience and understanding of development funding
  • Strong industry network

  • Ability to review design intent FF&E specifications with a level of detail that ensures the specifications are complete, correct and will allow for accurate pricing from FF&E bidders
