As part of the Enterprise Payments Product team, you will partner in the transformation of how millions of customers engage with their money.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner in the transformation of how millions of customers engage with their money
  • Improve the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms
  • Work with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs
  • Work across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market
  • Use data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products
  • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria
  • Break down business epics into features and user stories
  • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps
  • Work autonomously in an agile environment to conduct research and develop features
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build cutting edge solutions
  • Deliver well-managed product platforms for customers
  • Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 5 + years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 5+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 5+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
