Job Responsibility

  • Launch net new Capital One Travel experiences by working across cross-functional internal and external partners
  • Be the intent owner for multiple pieces of intent, working seamlessly across both backend and front end developers to bring customer facing experiences to life
  • Ideate, prioritize, build, test, and measure net new features to accelerate customer adoption and engagement
  • Enable growth by leading A/B tests & experimentations to drive impact across Acquisition, Activation, Engagement, Retention, and Revenue metrics
  • Develop and deliver on best in class testing strategies to ensure that we consistently launch the highest performing product features
  • Put the best of travel booking technology into the hands of millions who are excited to travel
  • Dream up and deliver on new travel features and experiences, developing the product strategy and backlog for Capital One Travel in close partnership with our business peers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
