Job Description

Senior Associate, Product Management - Risk Management, (Fuse Product Team). Capital One Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is looking for a Senior Associate, Product Manager that can help innovatively shape the way associates at Capital One think about and manage risk everyday. The product, Fuse, is developed entirely in-house as our internal Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, where we are transforming risk management with technology.

Job Responsibility

  • Own product discovery, delivery, and iterations across segments of risk management
  • Focus on gathering business requirements, user insights, translation to engineering teams, and prioritizing within a product roadmap

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
