Job Description

Senior Associate Product Manager you will be at the forefront of defining what Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) looks like for our cloud-native bank. You will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of the tools and processes that power our software delivery lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the Roadmap:Define and maintain a data-driven roadmap for our CI/CD ecosystem
  • Drive the Developer Experience:Conduct regular user research and feedback sessions with engineering teams to identify friction points in the delivery pipeline
  • Be Well Managed:Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure that audit requirements are met automatically
  • Obsess on Operational Excellence:Define and track North Star metrics for the platform, including DORA metrics
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Serve as the bridge between Infrastructure/SRE teams and Product
  • Problem Solving & Insights: Leverage data to identify potential single points of failure and advocate for architectural improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
