Job Description

Senior Associate, Product Management - NPSL Data & Decisioning (Business Cards & Payments). The Data & Decisioning tower is part of the Small Business Card Customer Management Product team, and is responsible for driving backend spending capabilities for all of our products. This is critical, particularly for our No Preset Spend Limit products (NPSL), where there is no traditional credit limit. Our products help small businesses spend what they need, while still protecting the company from risk. We use cutting edge technology and real-time data to provide a seamless spend experience. We seek a product manager to lead the strategy and execution for our core data changes and ensure timely delivery and communication to relevant stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the strategy and execution for core data changes and ensure timely delivery and communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria
  • Breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories
  • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps
  • Work autonomously in an agile environment to conduct research and develop features
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts
  • Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI
