About the Role: The Customer Assist team has bold plans to expand in 2026 from an associate pilot to a production experience serving 50 million+ customers. The goal is to be at the forefront of digital transformation by evolving Customer Assist from a text-based chat experience into a fully multimodal experience capable of seamless voice, image, and document-based interactions. This role will focus on enabling new servicing needs by developing AI-Ready Tools that enable the multi-agentic AI platform to take action on the customer's natural language request. As a Senior Associate, Product Manager for Customer Assist AI-Ready Tools, you will be responsible for defining the product requirements, technical specifications, and the end-to-end delivery of the tools needed to power Customer Assist. You will collaborate closely with large, cross-functional teams spanning engineering, business analysis, and risk. Additionally, you will help define a scalable, continuous delivery pipeline that simplifies tool creation and accelerates our path to automating customer servicing needs at scale.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
