As a Product Manager on the Enterprise Risk Product team, you’ll: Build on a Critical Platform: Launch new features for one of our Anti-Money Laundering platforms that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Work on a Product Trio: Partner with other disciplines like Data and Tech to deliver outcomes aligned to a shared team mission and vision. Leverage AI Tools: As a product trio, accelerate your product discovery, prototyping and delivery with the use of AI tools like Gemini, Windsurf and Claude Code. Drive Transformation: Develop your roadmap and play a central role in a multi-year, company-wide effort to transform Enterprise Risk Management through innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences

  • System Incident & Enhancement Coordination: Engage in discussions regarding daily incident triage for the CTR filing system and coordinate resolution efforts across Operations, Governance, and Technology teams. Facilitate the successful execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate system releases for product enhancements.
