Job Description:

Senior Associate, Product Management- Multi-Tenant Platform Excellence (eCBR). Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. As eCBR scales from a single-tenant solution to a high-velocity, multi-tenant powerhouse, we are looking for a Senior Associate Product Manager to partner with our customers and Risk teams to identify and build new features that will improve the customer experience, accuracy, and resilience of the platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with customers to assist in technical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and remediation activities for complex, cross-platform issues
  • Deliver new platform-wide capabilities, such as automated monitoring, self-healing data triggers, proactive controls, and standardized tools
  • Partner with diverse LOB stakeholders to ensure that platform growth in one area never compromises the stability of another
  • Own the lifecycle of platform controls
  • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria
  • Breakdown business epics into features and further into user stories
  • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps
  • Work autonomously in an agile environment, to conduct research and develop features
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build cutting edge solutions
  • Deliver well-managed product platforms for customers
  • Actively participating in horizontal forums
  • Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
