Job Description:

For our Client, a global organization and a leader in medical technology, we are looking for an experienced Senior Associate OTC with French. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional processes as well as for following the designed control metrics from a GBS center.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contact customers to recover outstanding debts and negotiate suitable payment plans
  • Coordinate customer inquiries with relevant departments to resolve disputes, following the assigned collections strategy
  • Manage administrative tasks to support timely invoice payments and drive process improvements
  • Monitor your assigned portfolio of customer accounts to reduce debt and improve receivables, utilizing OTC tools such as SAP and Getpaid
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to enhance communication and resolve queries effectively
  • Report account status and highlight potential risks to the Credit Controller, ensuring compliance with collections policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience, ideally in collections or cash application, preferably in an international environment
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confidence and professionalism in handling phone conversations with various stakeholders

  • Achieve monthly financial objectives for Aircraft maintenance department i.e., labor margin, capital expenditures, and budgeted operating expenses
  • Ensure all maintenance performed on aircraft, engines, avionics, and aircraft components meet FAA regulations, as well as customer quality expectations
  • Maintain compliance with all OSHA Health & Safety guidelines, as well as all Federal, State, and local environmental laws
  • Interface with customer representatives, coordinate customer communication activities and resolve any questions or disputes on customer invoiced for performed maintenance
