Role Summary: Bolt.Earth is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our Sales and Operations teams through data-driven insights and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work closely with sales teams to track performance, generate reports, and improve operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility
Generate and manage sales reports, dashboards, and MIS data for business tracking
Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Extract, clean, and manage data using Excel, SQL, and CRM tools
Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI
Use Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting tasks
Work closely with the Sales team for pipeline tracking, data accuracy, and operational support
Monitor sales metrics, customer trends, and operational KPIs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth reporting and data flow
Requirements
3+ years of experience in MIS, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for analytics and reporting
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment
