Role Summary: Bolt.Earth is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our Sales and Operations teams through data-driven insights and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with reporting tools, and the ability to work closely with sales teams to track performance, generate reports, and improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Generate and manage sales reports, dashboards, and MIS data for business tracking
  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Extract, clean, and manage data using Excel, SQL, and CRM tools
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI
  • Use Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting tasks
  • Work closely with the Sales team for pipeline tracking, data accuracy, and operational support
  • Monitor sales metrics, customer trends, and operational KPIs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth reporting and data flow

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in MIS, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment
