Job Responsibility:

  • Provides operational support to HR, leaders, and employees
  • Supports the deployment of operational projects and recurring activities both internally and externally including government compliance
  • Performs data modifications to ensure accurate organizational hierarchy and employee data is maintained
  • Supports efforts to centralise, standardise and simplify HR operations
  • Supports compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local labour laws and regulations
  • Delivers transactional and administrative HR support to leaders and employees within the area of responsibility
