This is a pivotal role for Mews as we scale our EMEA GTM operations. You'll be the strategic operator who transforms complexity into clarity, replacing manual coordination with structured systems and ad-hoc updates with data-driven insights. Working directly with Martin Reichenbach (Senior Director, Market Development EMEA), you'll help design, operationalise, and scale our Go-To-Market motion across UK, Benelux, and Nordics markets.
Job Responsibility:
Drive GTM Strategy & Execution: Translate regional strategies into clear operating cadences and execution frameworks across UK, Benelux, and Nordics markets
Host Strategic Cadences :Lead pipeline councils, leadership councils, and Fireboard meetings, ensuring focus, clarity, and follow-through across EMEA markets
Build Scalable Systems: Design decision-oriented workflows and dashboards that replace manual updates with automated insights and single sources of truth
Enable Cross-Functional Success: Structure and drive initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring trackable and scalable outcomes
Act as Strategic Thought Partner: Support the 150+ EMEA GTM organisation with focus, sequencing, and leverage decisions that drive meaningful progress
Create Operational Leverage: Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and AI-enabled workflows
Requirements:
Strategic Consulting or Operations Background: Experience in consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Simon-Kucher) OR in-house Strategy/RevOps at a SaaS scale-up, with demonstrated transition into operational roles
Systems & Workflow Design Excellence: Proven ability to architect operating cadences, dashboards, and automated processes—including AI-enabled solutions
Analytical
y Capable: Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in CRM systems, BI tools, spreadsheets, and data-driven decision making
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience influencing without authority across sales, marketing, CS, and product teams in international, fast-moving environments
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast at fixing things, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
