Senior Associate Lawyer

• Handling a wide range of Civil Law disputes, including contractual disagreements, property law issues, and torts cases
• Providing legal advice and representation in matters concerning Inheritance Law, Family Law, and Property Deeds
• Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing complex documents, pleadings, and legal briefs for Civil Courts
• Representing clients in court before Courts of First Instance and Courts of Appeal in civil disputes
• Collaborating with clients to develop tailored legal strategies for civil litigation
• Staying updated on changes in Civil Substantive and Procedural Law and relevant legal developments

• A minimum of 8 years experience as a Lawyer, Associate Lawyer or Legal Counsel
• LLB or equivalent Law degree
• An LLM in relevant field is highly desirable
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the Group
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload, proactiveness, and creative thinking
• Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Management and leadership skills and qualities
• Commercially savvy and extroverted in client interactions, fostering strong relationships and business development
• A flexible working approach is necessary to complement the skilled team
