My client is a top-tier international law firm with multiple offices in the GCC. They are looking to add a senior corporate M&A lawyer to their Abu Dhabi office. With offices across Europe, Middle East, APAC, and the US, this law firm offers high-quality cross-border transactional work. The team advises on a full spectrum of energy and infrastructure matters, including construction/project documents, financing, M&A, and regulatory.

Job Responsibility:

Advise on a full spectrum of energy (oil & gas, solar, wind, hydrogen etc) & infrastructure matters including construction/project documents, financing, M&A and regulatory

Requirements:

  • 7+ PQE corporate/M&A lawyer with strong experience in the oil & gas sector
  • candidates qualified in England & Wales or a commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa etc)
