Our client, a prestigious top-tier law firm firm, is seeking a professional with long-term experience managing big accounts and leading high-value M&A. You'll work at the strategic level with top-tier partners and global clients.
Job Responsibility:
Overseeing legal due diligence processes in complex transactions
Identifying and highlighting legal risks associated with the transaction
Providing strategic legal and regulatory advice to clients
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated transaction documentation
Project managing various legal workstreams in multidiscipline transactional mandates
Developing business relationships with clients and providing strategic guidance
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of current legislation and market practices across various sectors
Providing legal solutions to highly complex commercial issues while delivering a high-quality experience
Leveraging technology and innovative tools in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance delivery
Requirements:
At least 7 years of relevant working experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate and Commercial Law
Qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or another Bar Association)
A postgraduate degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from a well-accredited law university in Greece or abroad, with at least some coursework in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate and Commercial Law
Excellent command of written and spoken professional English
