Are you a seasoned lawyer with a strong background in M&A and corporate transactions? Our client, a prestigious top-tier law firm firm, is seeking a professional with long-term experience managing big accounts and leading high-value M&A. You'll work at the strategic level with top-tier partners and global clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing legal due diligence processes in complex transactions
  • Identifying and highlighting legal risks associated with the transaction
  • Providing strategic legal and regulatory advice to clients
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated transaction documentation
  • Project managing various legal workstreams in multidiscipline transactional mandates
  • Developing business relationships with clients and providing strategic guidance
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of current legislation and market practices across various sectors
  • Providing legal solutions to highly complex commercial issues while delivering a high-quality experience
  • Leveraging technology and innovative tools in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance delivery

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate and Commercial Law
  • Qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or another Bar Association)
  • A postgraduate degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from a well-accredited law university in Greece or abroad, with at least some coursework in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate and Commercial Law
