We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously, and the ability to drive hiring independently across various business functions.
Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective hiring strategies
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen and shortlist profiles based on role fitment and organizational requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Conduct HR screening and initial assessment of candidates
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closure of candidates
Ensure smooth onboarding coordination and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Tech Hiring Responsibilities: Handle hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, DevOps, UI/UX, and related technology positions
Understand technical skill sets, technologies, and hiring trends in the IT/Product/SaaS ecosystem
Coordinate with tech leadership teams for interview planning and hiring decisions
Non-Tech Hiring Responsibilities: Handle hiring for non-technical/business roles such as HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Cataloguing, and Support functions
Assess candidates on communication, business understanding, cultural fit, and functional expertise
Stakeholder & Process Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards
Ensure adherence to TAT, hiring quality, and recruitment processes
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in recruitment handling both tech and non-tech hiring
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
Good understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Experience in startup/product/SaaS hiring is preferred
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics is an added advantage
