Job Description:

The Partnership Finance Team is seeking a curiosity-driven, analytical problem solver to join as a Senior Associate, FP&A. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial forecasting and reporting of the Kohl's partnership - one of the largest credit card partners in Capital One's portfolio. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to help manage financial performance, develop strategic and analytical models, and build strong relationships with business partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management
  • Collaboration with analysts in different departments, collection and review of multiple data inputs, summarization of data, and communication of outputs and model runs
  • Deliver accurate and meaningful financial management analyses and clearly communicate emerging risks and opportunities
  • Actively participate in strategic decisions with business partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience with financial modeling

Nice to have:

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with financial modeling
  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
