Job Description:

Our client, a U.S.-based professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to support their advisory team. This role provides hands-on experience improving finance operations, implementing and optimizing accounting systems, and helping clients turn financial data into actionable insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate and improve client accounting and reporting processes
  • Assist with system implementations, data migration, and validation (ERP tools such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Sage, or similar)
  • Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and financial analyses
  • Build Excel models and dashboards to support reporting and process improvements
  • Develop client-ready presentations and project deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CPA-track preferred
  • 4+ years of accounting, advisory, or consulting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience creating client-ready PowerPoint materials
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing engagements
