  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, from venue sourcing and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event lead processing
  • Adapt and localize marketing collateral and messaging for the SEA market, ensuring case studies and event materials resonate with local buyers

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and SDR teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads generated from field activities
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all regional events and field activations

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a heavy focus on field marketing or event management within the fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sectors in Singapore and Southeast Asia
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact events that successfully generate sales pipeline and engage mid-market or enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple event workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tech stacks, specifically Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and event management software (e.g. Splashthat)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • ability to communicate effectively with internal sales stakeholders and external vendors
  • A "get-it-done" attitude—you are comfortable moving from high-level coordination to the granular details of event set-up and lead uploading
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore and SEA business landscape, with an appreciation for local market nuances
