Job Description

As the Senior Associate for Field Marketing in SEA, you will be responsible for the execution of regional marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate sales pipeline across priority Southeast Asian markets. You will coordinate end-to-end field programs, working closely with regional Sales, Product Marketing, and SDR teams to deliver high-impact physical and virtual experiences. This role is highly execution-focused and "hands-on." You will support the regional field marketing calendar, manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure every field initiative is tracked and optimized for ROI.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute the SG field marketing calendar aligned to regional revenue and pipeline targets, ensuring all events are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate localized field initiatives including executive roundtables, flagship conferences, industry trade shows, webinars, and customer meetups that create net-new demand
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, from venue sourcing and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event lead processing
  • Adapt and localize marketing collateral and messaging for the SEA market, ensuring case studies and event materials resonate with local buyers
  • Support multi-channel promotion for field events across email, social media, and SDR outreach to maximize registration and high-quality attendance
  • Track and report on KPIs for event performance, including lead capture, opportunity creation, and event ROI
  • maintain data hygiene within Salesforce
  • Manage regional vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cost-effective services
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and SDR teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads generated from field activities
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all regional events and field activations

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a heavy focus on field marketing or event management within the fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sectors in Singapore and Southeast Asia
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact events that successfully generate sales pipeline and engage mid-market or enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple event workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with marketing and sales tech stacks, specifically Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and event management software (e.g. Splashthat)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • ability to communicate effectively with internal sales stakeholders and external vendors
  • A "get-it-done" attitude—you are comfortable moving from high-level coordination to the granular details of event set-up and lead uploading
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore and SEA business landscape, with an appreciation for local market nuances
