Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity for a 4+ PQE Employment Solicitor to join a national healthcare team, handling complex litigation and workforce issues.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied caseload of employment matters
Advise on TUPE, restructures, senior exits, workforce planning
Support employment aspects of corporate/healthcare transactions
Supervise junior team members
Deliver client training and assist with business development

Requirements:

Strong contentious and advisory employment experience
Comfortable managing complex litigation as part of a team
TUPE and transactional experience desirable
NHS or independent healthcare knowledge a bonus
Confident supervising others and managing client relationships
Passion for public services and making a difference through law

Nice to have:

Healthcare sector experience
TUPE and transactional experience
NHS or independent healthcare knowledge
