Job Description:

A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including large multinational corporations and SMEs, on a range of employment matters, many with an international element.

Job Responsibility:

Advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Advocate in employment tribunal cases, preparing cases from inception to completion
Draft contracts, policies, and corporate support documents, including TUPE-related advice
Oversee and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their development
Play a proactive role in marketing and business development, including delivering seminars and contributing to publications

Requirements:

qualified solicitor with strong experience in employment law, ideally at Senior Associate level
commercially minded lawyer with the ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with partners and colleagues
excellent technical skills, including legal research, case preparation, and IT proficiency
proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges
strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients
commitment to business development and innovation in client service delivery
