Strong contentious and advisory employment experience
Comfortable managing complex litigation as part of a team
TUPE and transactional experience desirable
NHS or independent healthcare knowledge a bonus
Confident supervising others and managing client relationships

Job Responsibility

Manage a varied caseload of employment matters
Advise on TUPE, restructures, senior exits, workforce planning
Support employment aspects of corporate/healthcare transactions
Supervise junior team members
Deliver client training and assist with business development
