This role will own the end-to-end revenue strategy and execution for a defined Line of Business (LOB) / program portfolio. This role is accountable for delivering revenue and enrolment targets by leading large-scale B2C inside sales teams and driving operational excellence, sales effectiveness, and customer conversion outcomes. This is a critical leadership role responsible for scaling high-performance sales teams, strengthening pipeline conversion, and aligning closely with Marketing, Product, and Revenue leadership to accelerate business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver revenue and enrolment targets for the assigned LOB/program portfolio
Drive sales strategy, pipeline conversion, and program performance in alignment with business goals
Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize demand generation, conversion, and revenue realization
Lead turnaround efforts for underperforming programs and respond effectively to evolving business priorities
Lead and scale large inside sales teams, including Senior Managers, Managers, Team Leaders, and Program Advisors
Build a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric sales culture
Coach, mentor, and develop leadership bench strength and ensure strong succession pipelines
Drive sales productivity, conversion, and operational KPIs to maximize team effectiveness
Ensure optimal workforce planning, staffing, and coverage aligned with business needs
Maintain strong governance on sales quality, performance metrics, and operational rigor
Represent Inside Sales in cross-functional business reviews and leadership forums
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue leaders to drive integrated growth strategies
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in B2C / Inside Sales or Revenue leadership roles
Managing inside sales/field sales team sizes of 100+ headcount along with revenue responsibility
Good interpersonal & Excellent communications skills
Strong experience in setting up and leading motivated, ethically sound, high-performance sales teams
Track record in setting up governance mechanisms and sales processes
Self-motivated & adaptable to changing business needs
Strong business acumen, leadership capability, and operational execution skills
