Senior Associate Director, Product Development

• Build strong relationships with business teams to understand their strategic needs
• Work closely with stakeholders to bring business needs into the APEX product roadmap and backlog
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure APEX aligns with business requirements
• Drive the adoption and active usage of APEX across the organization
• Act as the primary point of contact to collect business feedback and translate into actionable improvements
• Execute strategies to increase user engagement and satisfaction with APEX
• Track success metrics, such as active user counts and user satisfaction NPS
• Provide training, support, and resources to business teams to maximize their use of APEX
• Stay updated on trends in treasury, finance, and modern engineering practices

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in IT industry
• Experience in customer success, product owner, product management or a related role
• Experience in the finance or treasury domain
• Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder ecosystem
• Strong understanding of treasury and finance processes, systems, and data management
• Proven experience working with modern engineering stacks and technology platforms
• Technical skills including SQL queries, JAVA, understanding API, integrations, and system architecture
• Demonstrated end to end product success in driving adoption and engagement for digital products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business strategic needs into technical requirements
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
