We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive growth and revenue for a multimillion-dollar portfolio in a highly data-driven performance marketing environment. This leadership role reports to the Head of Business and is accountable for defining acquisition strategy, optimizing marketing investments, and leading cross-functional initiatives to maximize revenue impact and ROI. The role also involves building and scaling high-performing teams and driving marketing excellence across channels.
Job Responsibility:
Own performance marketing strategy and execution to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue outcomes
Develop and oversee media investment strategy and allocation to maximize ROI, efficiency, and scale
Partner with Business leadership to align marketing strategy with revenue priorities and growth plans
Provide strategic oversight across paid acquisition channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
Drive continuous optimization of CAC, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency through data-driven decision making
Leverage analytics and marketing technology to identify growth opportunities and improve performance outcomes
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to strengthen funnel conversion and customer acquisition
Influence landing page strategy, messaging, and customer journeys to enhance conversion and user experience
Serve as a key marketing leader in business reviews, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Establish performance governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to track business impact and marketing effectiveness
Translate data into actionable insights to inform strategy, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team
Build strong team capabilities, succession pipelines, and a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation and managing high-budget campaigns
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through scalable performance marketing strategies
Strong leadership experience managing high-impact teams in fast-paced, data-driven environments
Experience in EdTech, consumer internet, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related fields
MBA preferred
Experience working in high-growth, data-driven environments is preferred
