The Senior Associate, Customer Marketing will be an integral part of our Card Partnerships Marketing team, reporting to the Customer Marketing team lead. They will serve as a catalyst for driving customer engagement and retention through targeted, personalized marketing campaigns across owned channels, with a focus on email marketing. A successful candidate will have a solid foundational marketing background coupled with strong relationship management, organizational skills, and a problem solving mindset. They must be highly detail-oriented and enjoy figuring out complex systems.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the execution of customer marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on email marketing programs
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and launch marketing intent
Drive and execute marketing strategies for new, innovative multi-channel campaigns across owned channels
Leverage insights & performance results to identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs
Write clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies
Merchandize and socialize marketing & business results with broader stakeholder groups
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or project management
At least 2 years experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks
Nice to have:
At least 2 years in the financial services industry
At least 2 years in the retail, telecom, or travel industry
1+ year of experience in cross marketing
Experience with omnichannel product marketing campaign planning
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
