Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a recognised Partner, advising on all aspects of mental capacity and property & affairs work. You’ll be handling high-value deputyships, personal injury trusts, and overseeing a small, collaborative team of junior lawyers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advising on all aspects of mental capacity and property & affairs work
  • Handling high-value deputyships, personal injury trusts
  • Overseeing a small, collaborative team of junior lawyers
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Playing a key role in business development and shaping the future of the team

Requirements:

  • 5+ PQE in Court of Protection (property & affairs focus preferred)
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
  • A confident, approachable personality – someone who enjoys building relationships as much as handling complex legal work
