A leading national commercial law firm is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a team that advises a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs through to private equity houses, institutional investors, listed companies and large corporates. The successful Senior Associate will work on a broad range of high-value and strategically important transactions while enjoying genuine client exposure and a clear route for career progression.

  • Strong transaction management experience
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Experience developing and managing client relationships
  • A proactive approach to business development
  • An interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
  • Prior law firm experience
