Job Description:

As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will work closely with Product Owners and Practice Managers to analyze business requirements and design effective technical solutions. Your role will involve creating detailed systems design documents, conducting database testing, and ensuring successful project execution using SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies. You will also engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business outcomes and provide post-deployment support.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with Product Owners and Practice Managers to receive detailed business/user requirement specifications
Assist with the preparation of a technical requirements document
Analyze business requirements and ensure that the designed solution meets those requirements
Perform proof of concept if required
Transform the detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document
Convert the design into a complete information system
Ensure that throughout the development phase, the process is documented
Actively engage with Product Owners and Practice Managers during testing for UAT Clearance
Assist with the resolution of any problems identified in the integration and test phases
Examine any program errors in logic and data and make the necessary recommendations
Perform deployment of the code to Prod environment and provide post deployment support
Support all the code sets and implementations that have been implemented in production
Write and distribute the task descriptions in a production environment
Assist with post-implementation process reviews
Adhere to Sprint plan
Documentation and communication of changes made to the system

Requirements:

Expert in Service Now ITSM, ESG, NowAssist and associated modules
Knowledge on multi-technology application design best practices
Ability to take holistic views of application environments
Ability to work with abstract concepts and have sound problem solving and analytical skills
Strong people interaction and collaboration capability
Deep technical understanding of development and platform engineering
Excellent client-centricity
Highly Organized and planned individual
Self-starter and self-managed
Strategic ability to define the technical direction
Strong stakeholder and relationship management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and work well within a team environment
Good knowledge of project management principles, SCRUM, KANBAN
