Job Description:

The role is focused on contentious construction matters, although there will be some exposure to non-contentious/project work. The team assists a broad range of clients (contractors, energy companies, government entities) on an array of disputes arising from energy, infrastructure (airports, rail & road) and real estate development projects throughout the region.
