Job Responsibility:
Develop channel plans and creative for integrated marketing campaigns that drive Cafe awareness and key Bank brand equities
Partner with cross-LOB teams to develop an always-on content strategy that tells Capital One products, features and experiences stories across in-Cafe channels like digital signage
Author sound creative briefs, test plans and strategies to guide breakthrough work rooted in consumer insights and drive continued performance and optimization against KPIs across channels
Collaborate with our creative team and agencies to optimize creative assets and deliver best-in-class marketing communications
Work cross-functionally with teams such as brand, business, creative, legal, operations, retail merchandising and corporate communication partners to drive compelling messaging strategies and channel plans that drive awareness of Cafes and deepen understanding of the Cafe value proposition
Champion and adhere to risk management processes and policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of multi-channel marketing experience on client-side or agency
At least 2 years of experience creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
Nice to have:
Marketing experience in financial services or another heavily regulated industry
