This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate Building Surveyor ready to lead, deliver exceptional professional services, and shape the growth of an ambitious and collaborative London office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering professional services such as dilapidations, leasehold advice, and contract administration
  • Building and maintaining client relationships in the public and private sectors
  • Leading on instructions and supporting the development of the London team
  • Contributing to the consultancy’s growth strategy with your commercial insight.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification (essential)
  • A RICS-accredited degree
  • Strong property knowledge with a professional services focus
  • A consultancy or private practice background
  • Excellent client management skills and a commercially minded approach.
