Senior Associate Building Surveyor position at a prestigious independent Property Consultancy in central London, focusing on leadership, delivering exceptional professional services, and shaping the growth of an ambitious and collaborative London office.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering professional services such as dilapidations, leasehold advice, and contract administration
Building and maintaining client relationships in the public and private sectors
Leading on instructions and supporting the development of the London team
Contributing to the consultancy's growth strategy with commercial insight

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (essential)
RICS-accredited degree
Strong property knowledge with a professional services focus
Consultancy or private practice background
Excellent client management skills
Commercially minded approach
