Job Responsibility

  • Source and underwrite acquisition opportunities nationally
  • Screen and evaluate land acquisition opportunities
  • Inherit, maintain, and expand programmatic builder partnerships with national homebuilders and broker networks
  • Serve as a key voice at the Investment Committee
  • Contribute to and help maintain qualitative and quantitative underwriting standards
  • Lead the creation of tools, templates, and resources
  • Build and own a centralized investment knowledge base
  • Work together with asset management, extracting and institutionalizing portfolio-wide insights
  • Support portfolio reporting and LP-facing deliverables in partnership with Portfolio Management

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in real estate, strategy consulting, or a comparable cross-functional role
  • A bachelor’s degree is required in finance, business, or related field
  • Genuine interest in AI and technology transformation, and a track record of applying new tools to improve how work gets done
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Sound commercial and operational judgment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver through influence without direct authority across a matrixed organization
