Job Responsibility
Source and underwrite acquisition opportunities nationally
Screen and evaluate land acquisition opportunities
Inherit, maintain, and expand programmatic builder partnerships with national homebuilders and broker networks
Serve as a key voice at the Investment Committee
Contribute to and help maintain qualitative and quantitative underwriting standards
Lead the creation of tools, templates, and resources
Build and own a centralized investment knowledge base
Work together with asset management, extracting and institutionalizing portfolio-wide insights
Support portfolio reporting and LP-facing deliverables in partnership with Portfolio Management
Requirements
4+ years of experience in real estate, strategy consulting, or a comparable cross-functional role
A bachelor’s degree is required in finance, business, or related field
Genuine interest in AI and technology transformation, and a track record of applying new tools to improve how work gets done
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills
Sound commercial and operational judgment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proven ability to deliver through influence without direct authority across a matrixed organization
Nice to have

MBA or similar graduate degree
