Job Description:

As a Sr. Associate BI Engineer, you will support the development and delivery of data-driven solutions that enable business insights and operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior BI engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to build dashboards, analyze data, and contribute to the design of scalable reporting systems. This is an ideal role for early-career professionals looking to grow their technical and analytical skills in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and support business decisions
  • Gather BI requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Support data validation, testing, and documentation efforts
  • Apply best practices in data modeling, visualization, and BI development
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field with 4 to 7 years experience
  • Atleast 4 years of relevant experience
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data processing and analysis
  • Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines
  • Understanding of data structures and reporting concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Cloud services like AWS (e.g., Redshift, S3, EC2)
