We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious new business sales professional to join our expanding Financial Services Sales team, focusing on the Financial Markets segment. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, globally recognized company and drive adoption of a product that’s transforming how financial professionals access and act on information. You’ll play a key role in shaping our continued success by leading new business growth within your territory.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end sales process within your territory — covering hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research teams
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives to research, prospect, and build new relationships through consultative selling
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that align client needs with AlphaSense’s value propositions
  • Manage product trials in collaboration with Product Specialists to ensure successful client adoption and conversion
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into Financial Services
  • Excel at value-based, consultative selling and consistently exceed quota in a hunter/new logo role
  • Business proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Comfortable managing demos, trials, and full-cycle sales using modern sales tools
  • Understand buy- and sell-side workflows, market dynamics, and client pain points

Nice to have

Business proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable to effectively serve clients in the Japanese-speaking market
