We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious new business sales professional to join our expanding Financial Services Sales team, focusing on the Financial Markets segment. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, globally recognized company and drive adoption of a product that’s transforming how financial professionals access and act on information. You’ll play a key role in shaping our continued success by leading new business growth within your territory.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end sales process within your territory — covering hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research teams
Partner with Sales Development Representatives to research, prospect, and build new relationships through consultative selling
Deliver engaging product demonstrations that align client needs with AlphaSense’s value propositions
Manage product trials in collaboration with Product Specialists to ensure successful client adoption and conversion
Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into Financial Services
Excel at value-based, consultative selling and consistently exceed quota in a hunter/new logo role
Business proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Comfortable managing demos, trials, and full-cycle sales using modern sales tools
Understand buy- and sell-side workflows, market dynamics, and client pain points
Nice to have:
