Job Description:

Work mode- Complete work from home. Shift timing-General India timings. Working days- 5 days. Review all types of Canada/ CA individual income tax returns. Must be experienced in 1040. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency of tax technical knowledge.

Job Responsibility:

Review all types of Canada/ CA individual income tax returns
Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met
Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform at the company
Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates & Specialists
Demonstrate leadership and executive presence
Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders
Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently

Requirements:

Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA
3-6 years in Canada and/or US Individual Taxation in a recognized firm or a Big4
Excellent communication skills
Sound technical knowledge with respect to Canadian Individual taxes
Experience reviewing CA Tax Returns for least 12-18 months
Prior experience interacting with Foreign offices and assignees
Strong technical knowledge & analytical thinking ability
Committed, hard-working, ability to work long hours, proactive
