Job Description:

An international law firm with a market-leading real estate practice is looking for a Senior Associate – Real Estate to join its London office. Known for handling complex, high-value real estate matters across the commercial, energy, and infrastructure sectors, the firm offers the successful Senior Associate – Real Estate the opportunity to work on some of the most prominent transactions in the UK and internationally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading on acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters
  • Negotiating and drafting sale and purchase contracts, agreements for lease, and development agreements
  • Supporting clients on strategic land and infrastructure-related property projects
  • Advising on the property aspects of corporate transactions and real estate finance deals
  • Mentoring junior associates and assisting with business development activity

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial real estate from a recognised City or international firm
  • Strong knowledge of English land law and experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and handle clients with confidence
  • UK qualification (or equivalent) and strong academic credentials
  • A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to the wider success of the team
