Our client is seeking experienced buy-side credit research professionals for its captive team based out of Mumbai. Selected candidates will work closely with investment team based in the US and focus on Eldridge’s credit investments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with investment team based in the US and focus on Eldridge’s credit investments
  • Evaluate credit investment opportunities involving performing fundamental analysis, capital structure analysis and in-depth understanding of business and industry
  • Work on primary / secondary deals, prepare investment memoranda and present investment thesis to onsite team and investment committee
  • Monitor existing investments including quarterly / monthly reporting and key developments

Requirements:

  • Experienced buy-side credit research professionals
  • First-hand experience of working on investment memos including detailed financial modelling, capital structure analysis, business overview, relative valuation, and key investment thesis in a presentable format
  • Fluency in oral and written communications
  • Proficiency in databases such as Bloomberg, Capital-IQ and Pitchbook etc.
  • Team management responsibilities
