Job Description:

I am currently working with a top tier international law firm who are looking to add a non-contentious construction lawyer to their market leading construction and infrastructure team, this position is based in London.

Job Responsibility:

acting for both national and international clients which include developers, contractors, investors, project owners and others

Requirements:

English or commonwealth qualified lawyer with upwards of 5PQE
experience working on a broad range of transactional construction matters
acting for both national and international clients
well versed in using JCT, FIDIC and NEC standard contracts
mix of real estate, energy (clean/renewable) and infrastructure project experience preferred

Nice to have:

mix of contentious and non-contentious experience
