Job Description:

An opportunity to join a growing team delivering defendant clinical negligence work nationally on behalf of both NHS Trusts and GPs in London or Leeds, and developing existing relationships with health care organisations.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a caseload of claims on instructions from NHS Resolution
Assisting other members of the team on higher value or complex claims involving maximum severity injuries
Client contact
Business development

Requirements:

Litigation experience
Interest in defendant clinical negligence work
Understanding the needs of the client base
Self-motivated
Ambitious
