Job Description:

Are you an experienced auditor looking to make a real impact and take your career to the next level? Our client—a fast-growing Top 30, tech-enabled accountancy firm—is looking for a Senior Associate in Audit to join their ambitious and collaborative team. This is not your average accountancy practice. They’re a full-service, tech-forward firm on a mission to become the UK’s leading provider of accounting services to SMEs. Focused on growth and innovation, they partner with entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized companies to help them scale and succeed. The culture is modern, respectful, and high-performing—offering genuine flexibility, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a fast track to leadership opportunities. As a Senior Associate, you’ll take the lead on audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients, including early-stage businesses and listed companies. You’ll guide junior staff, work closely with directors and partners, and build strong relationships with CFOs and business leaders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm where your work matters. You’ll gain early exposure to decision-makers, take on real responsibility, and be part of a supportive team that’s focused on growth—both for clients and employees.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of audits across various sectors
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members onsite and remotely
  • Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders, adding strategic value
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on audit planning and execution
  • Embrace hybrid working—approximately 50% remote, 50% office-based

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working flexibly in a hybrid environment
What we offer:
  • Genuine flexibility
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders
  • Fast track to leadership opportunities
  • Clear progression paths
  • Industry-leading development support
  • Flexible work culture
