Job Responsibility:

Lead technical position at Rollout Operations Center (ROC)
Rollout Operations Center deploys new hardware and software to all CVS sites
ROC procures and uses Third Party Vendors to install the equipment in CVS sites
ROC creates all instruction manual Redbooks for technicians
ROC has its own Call Center for field technicians to call into

Requirements:

Microsoft Office proficiency required - Outlook, Excel, and Word
6 Month's experience in related field or technical call center
6 Months to 1 Year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
Good communication and written skills
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Nice to have:

IT Customer Support in any previous employment
6 Months to 1year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
IT / Technical Education Degree
