Are you an experienced hospitality leader ready to step into a Senior role at a Northern Beaches flagship? The Narrabeen Sands Hotel is looking for a high-calibre Senior Assistant Manager to act as the Publican’s right hand and drive the performance of this legendary coastal venue. This is a step up for a seasoned AM who has mastered the basics and is looking for more responsibility. You will be a key driver of the venue’s culture, standards, and profitability. Whether it’s managing a bustling weekend lunch crowd or ensuring our premium gaming and accommodation operations are running at gold-class standards, you’ll be the leader the team looks to for direction.
