Job Description

Senior Asset Manager - UK Logistics & Industrial. Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for a designated UK logistics and industrial portfolio. This role requires a market-connected asset manager with strong knowledge of UK logistics leasing dynamics, rental tone, lease structures and occupier demand. The individual will play a key role in executing business plans, shaping underwriting assumptions and driving value creation initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead asset management of a UK logistics and industrial portfolio
  • Develop and implement property-level and portfolio business plans
  • Drive leasing strategy and lead tenant negotiations, renewals and restructurings
  • Provide informed input on underwriting rents, ERVs, rental growth and exit yields
  • Identify and execute value creation initiatives (re-gears, refurbishments, repositioning)
  • Oversee budgets, performance monitoring and reporting
  • Support acquisitions, refinancing processes and investor reporting
  • Manage third-party property managers and leasing agents

Requirements

  • Circa 6–10 years’ commercial real estate experience
  • Minimum 5 years in asset management, ideally UK logistics/industrial
  • Strong understanding of leasing markets, underwriting and value creation
  • Solid financial modelling capability
  • Experience working with institutional capital and lenders
  • Commercially driven with strong execution skills
