Senior Asset Manager

• Oversee the financial/operational performance of a portfolio of properties
• Review operating statements, property budgets, capital expenditures, and compliance reporting
• Cash flow management
• Provide financial reports, variance analysis, and portfolio updates
• Identify opportunities in asset performance- for innovation, efficiency, and growth
• Use data analysis and AI tools to improve strategy
• Help to determine best practices and processes for the asset management department and assist with the growth of the team.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in asset management, ideally with real estate experience
• Knowledge of financing, affordable housing programs, and compliance requirements highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, strong collaboration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with data analysis and interest in AI tools a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in a mission-driven environment that's fast paced in nature.
